Grand Scheme will be hosting the closing party of Decadence in the partnership the crew from Spook Magazine and Le Scratch for three days of egotistic gluttony with an extravaganza of music, art, fashion, food and film events to divulge all of your senses. Expect a range of bizarre and fantastic live bands, DJs, artists and performers as well as an experimental food event, all held in a pop-up Venetian gothic venue right in the city. Whether you’re looking for something a little off-beat for your Christmas function or just want to indulge yourself as the year draws to a close, this over-the-top festival is sure to have you covered.

Grand Scheme Select hats
Posted on November 13, 2012 by grandscheme
Today we are launching the latest offering from our ongoing Select series.
A limited edition release of handcrafted headwear, each piece showcases a vintage fabric sourced from an iconic Melbourne textile company who recently closed their doors after 60 years of trading. Combining 1970s speckled suiting wool, Botan florals, native plant patterns and Paisley fabrics, each hat is finished with premium detailing including leather closures, brass buckles and soft deer suede to create a hat that is befitting of the quality of the fabrics they're made from.
Produced in extremely limited quantities, the Select series of hats will be available exclusively at Grand Scheme Select stockists worldwide and online at grandscheme.com.au
The Select Paisley design is limited to 30 pieces and only available online at grandscheme.com.au
A special thanks to Tom at brilliantcreek.com for the brilliant still life photography.

Grand Scheme at Project Reed
Posted on August 28, 2012 by grandscheme
Grand Scheme was honored to be invited by Jeff Staple to be part of PROJECT/Reed. Items from our Maui Wowie collection and Collaboration with Ron English were on display in Vegas for the anticipated event.
PROJECT/reed was an installation created for the PROJECT tradeshow in Las Vegas and curated by jeffstaple and Reed Space. The exhibit was conceptualized as an archive of highly-coveted limited edition releases from the street culture world displayed as artifacts in a museum. For those of you who weren’t there to see PROJECT/reed with your own eyes, check out the video below.
“One of the things I wanted to address in PROJECT/reed was bringing the virtual and the digital to a physical world. A lot of these things, you really see it on a website or a magazine and you never get to see the real thing. I think a lot of the craftsmanship and the time and effort that it takes to make these things gets lost, so I wanted that to be on display. I think people are really blown away by some of the things they see in real life.”
